How do we process YOUR orders?
L-TEK is a small, family business where we tend to each of our customers individually. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to you, and thus we answer all of your questions ourselves, without using any bots or other automatic devices.
As a result we are able to fulfill most of your requests, varying from how the package should be delivered (eg. “Please leave the package at the neighbors.”) to the cosmetic changes in the pads’ appearance such as adjusting the color of panels or adding a personalised graphic. Thanks to that approach we can also precisely determine the shipping time and cost.
