Connecting the PS2/PSX converter
In this guide, you will learn how to connect the converter and mat to your PS2/PSX console.
1. Turning on the console
To check that the PS2/PSX converter is working correctly, turn on the console's power supply.
2. Inserting the PS2 converter
Once the console is turned on, connect the LTEK converter to the PS2 gamepad port.
3. Connect dualshock 2 to converter
Once the converter is in the slot, you can connect the Dualshock 2 gamepad to the front port of the converter.
You will see that the green LED will start flashing instead of simply glowing - this means that the converter sees the connected pad.
This allows you to use the pad to navigate the console menu and game menus.
4. Connect the LTEK mat to the converter
The converter has a USB-A connector. Connect your LTEK mat to this port.
When the mat is connected, the green LED will change to a slowly pulsing blue light, indicating that the converter can see both the DualShock 2 gamepad and the LTEK mat.
5. Checking the correct operation of the converter
Once all the necessary steps have been taken, check that they work in the game.
