LTEK Mat not detected

This manual will guide you step by step through identifying the problem and possible solutions.

1. Connect your Mat to designated device with web browser support

Connect your mat to a device that supports web browsers (Google Chrome). Then go to the LTEK Support Center and go to the “Mat Tester” tab.

2. Check the Mat Connection Status

While in Mat Tester, on the right side of the screen you will see a status. If the status shows a green dot and the type of connected mat, Otherwise the status will display "waiting for LTEK..." with orange dot.

If you see the orange box and the message waiting for connecion, proceed with next step.

3. Check the Cable

if possible, check your mat with other cable with A to B ports(devices such as printers use the same cables ports as LTEK Mats).

If using the other cable dosn't show a connected status in Mat tester, or you don't have a spare cable proceed with next step

4. Mat USB Port

While the device is still connected and the mat tester is open, gently move the connected cable in the port from left to right and from top to bottom, and check if the status has changed.

If moving the cable or holding it in an unusual position updates the status to “connected,” contact support via the contact form to request a replacement device or replacement parts.

If moving the cable and holding it in an unusual position does not update the status, proceed to the next step.
