What is the difference between EX PRO 2 and EX PRO X?
The only difference is the finish. X version has all polycarbonate panels under printed. But it’s still 4 active panels DDR pad.
What are the parameters of personalized graphics?
Dimmensions of design should be 280 x 280 mm. Best file format PDF or TIFF . Best results when graphics resolution is higher that 300 DPI. Please use templates.
Can I add start/select buttons to the pad?
Start/select buttons can be only added to EX PRO 2. Metal versions of mat cannot have Start/Select buttons installed, specificity of the material used for inactive panels.
What is the recommended maximum weight for the pad?
Maximum load capacity of our pads is ~170kg. More depends on dance style than player’s weight. And we recommend to use sport shoes while dancing.
The only exception is EX 4 ECO : Maximum weight to play on this dance pad is 100kg. We recommend it for home use only.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty is valid for 12 months.
How many people can dance on the mat at once?
One person can dance on the mat, but you can connect 2 mats and then you can dance together. As for the wireless system, you can connect up to 32 mats at once.
