How long does the shipping take?
Our standard shipping transit time to the USA is up to 7 business days.
Please keep in mind the following details regarding this timeline:
Production Time: As our mats are manufactured specifically for each order, the shipping timeline begins after production is completed. Production time is separate from transit time.
External Factors: The standard transit time does not include potential delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Depending on the selected shipping option:
1. Standard shipping: may take 8–12 business days (Monday–Friday) to ship your order.
2. 24h Shipping (additional fee): The 24-hour option refers to shipping dispatch only, not delivery. This means your order will be shipped within 24 hours after placing your order and payment status is marked as completed, but delivery time will still depend on the carrier.
Additional Shipping costs / Custom duties
Customers from non-EU countries may be charged customs duties depending on the country's policy. The customer is responsible for verifying these costs independently.
LTEK assumes no responsibility for customs duties imposed by the country of destination.
Why is my order split into two packages?
Orders exceeding 30 kg / approx 66 punds (e.g., 2 mats in one order; mat + handbar PRO in one order, etc.) must be split into two separate shipments due to carrier requirements.
Returns & Technical Defects
Change of Mind (No Technical Issue): If there is no technical problem and you wish to return the product, customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Technical Defects: Check the “Troubleshooting” tab or contact our team. In the event of faults, we offer replacement parts or warranty repairs - it is best to contact the technical team to work out the best solution using the contact form in “Support Request.”
24h Shipping
To speed up the delivery of your product, we offer 24-hour shipping for certain mat models (for an additional fee). The mat is then shipped within 24 hours of placing and paying for your order.
IMPORTANT: 24 hours is the shipping time, not the delivery time to the address.
How can I check the shipping cost?
You can check the shipping price on the iAmats.com website. After adding the product to your cart and proceeding to checkout, you can enter the delivery address. Once the address has been updated, the final shipping price will be displayed.
Shipping to United Kingdom
We would like to kindly inform you that the option to place direct orders to the United Kingdom has been disabled on our website.
This change is due to our cooperation with an official distributor, which ensures a smoother purchasing experience for customers in the UK.
By ordering through our distributor, all UK import duties are already included in the price, meaning you will not be exposed to any additional costs. Delivery is also handled locally across the entire United Kingdom.
We are glad to offer this improved service to our UK customers.
