What will I actually pay?
A Prime pad ships from our factory in Poland to an address in California for about $550 all in. Below is the whole breakdown, plus a calculator so you can build your own order and see the real number before you touch the cart.
The receipt, in full
Most stores show you a price and let the rest arrive later. We would rather put it all on one page. Here is a single Prime pad going to Los Angeles, priced today.
Two of those lines you pay us at checkout. The other two, duty and the carrier fee, are billed by UPS when the parcel reaches you. That is roughly $50 arriving after the fact, and we would rather you knew about it now than found out on your doorstep.
Why there is duty at all
The United States used to wave through shipments under $800. That exemption has been suspended since 2025, so every parcel from abroad now clears customs properly. On top of that, goods from the EU carry a Section 301 tariff. For sporting goods like ours that works out to about 10 percent of the product value.
We have no influence over either. What we can do is tell you the number in advance.
The two kilogram rule
This is the part worth knowing before you order.
A Prime pad weighs 18 kg. The shipping rate to the US holds steady all the way to 20 kg, and only then steps up. So there are two spare kilograms in the box that cost you nothing extra.
Two kilograms is a lot of small parts. A set of arrows is half a kilo. Colour bumpers, half a kilo. A PS2 converter, two hundred grams. An issue of the magazine, three hundred. You can fill that space several times over and the shipping line on your receipt does not move by a cent.
Order the same parts on their own three months later and you pay the full freight again, plus duty, plus another carrier fee. That is the whole argument, and the calculator below does the arithmetic for you.

Even lower until 30 September. The figures above are our regular catalogue prices. A summer promotion currently takes 25 to 60 EUR off Prime and Next Level pads, depending on how many you order, so your cart will come out below what you see here. Shipping, duty and the carrier fee do not change.
Prices and rates read from our store on 17 September 2026. Duty is estimated at 10 percent of product value under HTS 9504.50. US Customs sets the final amount and it can differ. The carrier charges a processing fee for handling the customs paperwork; on an order this size it runs to roughly $18.
How long it takes
On the product page you will see Standard, ships in 8-12 business days next to the shipping selector. That is how long we need to build your pad and hand it to the courier. It is not a delivery date, and the rest of the journey happens after it. Here is the whole thing, stage by stage.
8 to 12 business days on a standard order. Pick 24h dispatch and it leaves the next working day.
Usually up to 5 business days. Sometimes it turns up three days after dispatch.
Anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Nobody, us included, can put a clock on this one.
Added up, most orders land between one and three weeks after you press buy. Which end of that you get depends on the dispatch option you choose at checkout. Customs can add a day or two on top, and that part is out of everyone's hands.
UPS will email you when duty is due. Paying it online before the van arrives saves you a collection charge on the doorstep.
If something goes wrong
This is the question we get most, and the answer surprises people.
Your pad does not go back to Poland. We hold a standing service agreement with a distributor inside the United States, and they handle repairs on our instruction. A fault gets sorted out on your side of the ocean. That is the arrangement for every pad we sell, not a favour we do case by case. Warranty claims run for 24 months from the day the pad reaches you.
One thing worth saying plainly, because the community will ask. Opening the pad up and soldering your own modifications ends the warranty on the spot. We would rather you knew that before you reach for the iron than after.
An honest comparison
You can also buy our pads from a US reseller, and for some people that is the better choice. Their price is one number and the pad is already on the continent.
Once everything is added up the two routes land within a few percent of each other. The difference is not really the money. It is who assembles the bill, and how long you wait. We think you should see both numbers and decide for yourself, which is why this page exists.
