This Personal Data Protection Policy aims to facilitate the understanding of the information gathered on the user, the manner in which the data is used as well as the rights vested in the user.

This Personal Data Protection Policy relates to the website www.maty-taneczne.pl (hereinafter referred to as the โWebsiteโ). The Website’s operator is L-TEK sp. z o.o., hereinafter the operator is referred to as L-TEK or โweโ or โusโ. All personal data shall be collected, stored and used by L-TEK in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and/or other applicable laws.
The services offered by L-TEK through the Website may be provided solely through collecting, storing, retaining, transferring, deleting and/or other forms of use (โcollecting and useโ) of specific personal data related to the users (โpersonal dataโ or โdataโ). Personal Data shall be construed as all data regarding the identified and possible to identify natural persons, including the name and surname, address or e-mail address.
Pursuant to the binding legal provisions on personal data protection, L-TEK is obliged to inform the users about the data processing and it meets the obligation through this Personal Data Protection Policy. Neither this Personal Data Protection Policy nor any parts thereof has the character of contractual clauses and does not constitute a part of the General Terms and Conditions for Services (โGTCโ) as the agreement. Pursuant to the applicable provisions on personal data protection, L-TEK has the right to process the data for the purpose of performing the agreement a party to which is the data subject, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering the agreement (Section 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). References to the General Terms and Conditions for Services must also be construed as information on personal data processing (Sections 13 and 14 of the GDPR) and in no case as clauses constituting the General Terms and Conditions for Services (โGTCโ).
By using our website and our services, the user enters into a legally binding agreement with L-TEK the conditions of which are included in the General Terms and Conditions for Services.
