Shipping to Singapore

We ship to Singapore from Poland (EU) by UPS courier. Manufacturing and dispatch take 8–12 working days for most mats (selected options ship in 24 hours), and courier transit to Singapore takes about 2–7 business days — 2–4 on express services. The exact shipping cost for your address is calculated at checkout.

Import charges — paid on delivery, not at checkout

  • No import duty. Singapore charges duty only on alcohol, tobacco, motor vehicles and petroleum — dance pads attract none.
  • 9% GST above S$400 CIF. When your order total (goods + shipping) exceeds S$400, the courier collects 9% GST plus a small administration fee (about S$10–20) before delivery.
  • Nothing to pay at or under S$400 CIF. Smaller orders and many accessories enter Singapore with no tax and no fees at all.

Two examples:

  1. a Dance mat LTEK Prime totalling about S$550 with shipping means roughly S$50 GST plus the courier fee, collected on arrival.
  2. A Next Level Gaming Mat (about S$160) usually stays under the S$400 threshold and arrives with nothing extra to pay.

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my order?
As soon as we receive payment, your order goes to process and to be manufactured. Standard manufacturing time is 8-12 working days ( from Monday to Friday). Then shipment to US takes ~4-5 days, Europe ~ 3 days
Which Games I Can Play with L-TEK Dance Mats?

Stepmania LTEK is a popular choice for dance mat users due to its simple operation and easy song customization. L-TEK also offers the Connect Buddy, a tool that links Stepmania with the PADY Fitness iOS app, allowing you to monitor your training progress. Both tools are available in our Software section.

Stepmania LTEK can also integrate with the Amusement Lights Controller, adding dynamic lighting effects for enhanced gameplay.

Can I connect mats with Playstation 2 / PSX ?

L-TEK Dance Mats are compatible with PlayStation 2 and PSX consoles using a dedicated converter available in our store. Converters specifically designed for PlayStation 2 and PSX can be found in the PS2 & PSX converter section.

Where can I check shipment rate?
To check shipment rate please add product you’re interested in to cart and calculate shipment to pinted address.
What is the difference between EX PRO 2 and EX PRO X?
The only difference is the finish. X version has all polycarbonate panels under printed. But it’s still 4 active panels DDR pad.
My pad got damaged during delivery. What should I do?
Please, write down the damage report with the courier who delivering the parcel. Without a damage report we have no guarantee for cost compensation. Later, we must file a claim for damage to the package. Please send us photo of damage dance mat and box.
