Artwork across the full surface
All nine surface panels carry a high-resolution digital UV print with a glossy finish. The design continues across the layout for a cohesive appearance.
Four active DDR-style arrows
Nine printed panels do not mean nine gameplay inputs. PRO X uses the familiar four-arrow layout for compatible dance games.
32-bit ARM control
A high-speed 32-bit ARM controller supports 1000 Hz USB polling. Low sensor stroke and high sensitivity are part of the PRO X design.
A substantial, protected build
The 18 kg mat combines PRO panels, aluminium borders, ABS bumpers and anti-slip stands. It is designed for bare feet or sports shoes.
A detachable USB connection
The included USB-A to USB-B cable connects through a protected socket. Disconnect it when moving or putting the mat away.
Optional artwork, your way
Choose centre, five-panel or all-nine-panel customisation as an optional order. The full nine-panel option cannot be combined with additional buttons.

A complete visual design around a familiar game layout
PRO X is for a player who wants the mat to look as considered as the rest of the setup. The standard high-resolution UV artwork runs across all nine glossy panels, while the four direction arrows remain the active dance-game inputs. You can start with easy four-arrow charts and progress without changing the physical layout.
Build the space around it
At 85 × 85 × 3 cm and 18 kg, this is a substantial mat. Allow room to step off, keep the cable clear and plan where it will live between sessions.
Built for regular stepping
PRO panels, aluminium borders and ABS bumpers protect the playing surface and edges. Anti-slip stands help the base stay in position; check stability on your own floor.
02 / Software and compatibility
Start with StepMania 5.0 LTEK Edition on Windows
Connect PRO X to your computer with the included USB-A to USB-B cable, then install the free StepMania 5.0 LTEK Edition beta. The game provides pad mapping, a beginner tutorial and guided timing calibration. Check each of the four arrows before starting a song; if automatic mapping needs an adjustment, assign the inputs manually.
Mac and USB-C setups
Use a rhythm game compatible with your macOS version. The current LTEK Edition download is for Windows. A computer with only USB-C ports needs an appropriate USB adapter or hub for the included cable.
PS1 and PS2 are a separate route
Older-console play requires the separately sold L-TEK PS2/PSX converter. Confirm the exact console and game rather than assuming every USB console supports the mat.
03 / Make the setup comfortable
Calibrate the game and make room for the way you play
The 1000 Hz USB polling specification describes the communication interval between the mat and host, not the entire delay from a step to the result you see or hear. Start by checking the four inputs, then calibrate the game for your screen and sound output. If the rhythm still feels wrong, work through the display, audio and game settings before changing how you step.
Keep the floor stable
Use a flat, stable surface and check that the mat cannot slide or rock. Both bare feet and sports shoes are supported, so start with comfortable, secure footing.
Plan for shared living
Footsteps can carry through a floor. Room layout, playing times and controlled stepping matter, particularly when someone lives below you; the mat does not make every floor silent.
04 / Optional customisation
Choose how much of PRO X becomes your design
For a personal design, PRO X offers three optional print areas: the centre panel, the centre plus four arrows, or all nine panels. Use the guide and editor to choose the correct template and upload artwork you have permission to print. When ordered together with the mat, the selected customised panels are fitted before delivery.
Design for the way you play
Follow arrow placements in the template and keep important details away from panel fixings. A clear direction layout is useful even when the artwork is entirely your own.
Check the full-surface restriction
All-nine-panel customisation is available for PRO X, but it cannot be combined with additional buttons. Decide on print coverage and control options together before ordering.

Your first session on PRO X
The printed surface is distinctive, but learning the game starts with the same four clear directions.

Make room for your first song
Place the mat on a flat, stable floor with space to step off safely. Keep the USB cable out of your stepping area. Use bare feet or suitable sports shoes, and check that the mat stays in place before playing.

Connect and install the game
Connect the mat by USB to your computer. On Windows, download the free StepMania 5.0 LTEK Edition beta from our Software page. The game runs on the computer; you also need a screen and sound output.

Check all four arrows
Use the game’s pad mapping, then check that each physical arrow activates the matching input on screen. If automatic mapping needs help, assign the four arrows manually. Run guided timing calibration for your screen and audio setup.

Start with the tutorial
Follow Ada and Kuba’s tutorial, then choose an easy, slow chart. Step when a moving arrow meets its fixed target on screen. Focus on recognising one arrow at a time, pause when needed, and replay a short song before increasing difficulty.

Are all nine panels active buttons?
No. PRO X has four active DDR-style arrow panels. All nine surface panels are printed so the artwork covers the whole layout; the number of printed panels does not change the gameplay layout.
What do I need to start playing?
You need the mat, its USB cable, a compatible computer, a screen, sound output and a rhythm game. For Windows, start with the free StepMania 5.0 LTEK Edition beta and follow its mapping and beginner tutorial.
Will it work with my console?
Do not assume that a USB connection makes every console compatible. The dedicated PS1/PS2 route requires the separately sold L-TEK PS2/PSX converter. Check the exact console and game; this does not establish PS4, PS5, Xbox or Switch support.
Does 1000 Hz mean every step appears on screen in 1 ms?
No. It describes the USB polling rate, with a nominal 1 ms interval. The complete response also depends on the game, computer, display and audio path. Map the arrows and calibrate the game for your setup.
Can I order a design that covers all nine panels?
Yes. PRO X supports optional centre, five-panel and all-nine-panel artwork. The all-nine option cannot be combined with additional buttons. Follow the template and ordering guidance; custom artwork is not automatically included with the standard design.
Can I use sports shoes, and is it easy to move?
PRO X is designed for bare feet or sports shoes. The mat weighs 18 kg, so choose a playing and storage location with that weight in mind. Disconnect the cable before moving it and check its position before each session.
